By purchasing merchandise from Glaze Magazine LLC ("Glaze," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Merchandise Policies & Terms of Sale.

Return & Refund Policy
All merchandise sales are final. Glaze Magazine LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, sizing information, shipping address/pick-up method, and product descriptions before completing a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered due to an error by Glaze Magazine LLC, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
Upon review, Glaze Magazine LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement item, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.

Payment Processing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at the time an order is placed.
Glaze Magazine LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment cannot be successfully processed.
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Glaze Magazine LLC reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify any order at any time for lawful reasons, including but not limited to inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment processing issues, or circumstances that make fulfillment impracticable.
If Glaze Magazine LLC cancels an order prior to fulfillment, any payment received for the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping/Pick-Up Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped within a reasonable time following purchase, subject to product availability and operational needs.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping/pick-up and contact information. Glaze Magazine LLC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Estimated shipping timeframes are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Glaze Magazine LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for merchandise pass to the customer upon delivery of the merchandise to the shipping carrier.

Unclaimed Merchandise Policy
Please note that any merchandise purchased from Glaze Magazine LLC must be picked up or have delivery arrangements confirmed within one hundred twenty (120) days of the original purchase date. After this 120-day period, Glaze Magazine LLC reserves the right to restock and resell the merchandise without further notice.
Any merchandise not claimed within this 120-day period shall be deemed unclaimed and forfeited. Upon forfeiture, ownership of the merchandise shall revert to Glaze Magazine LLC, and Glaze Magazine LLC reserves the right to restock and resell the merchandise without further notice.
Customers may submit a formal written request for a partial refund following forfeiture of the merchandise. Any refund shall be issued solely at the discretion of Glaze Magazine LLC and may be subject to deductions for storage, handling, administrative, and restocking costs.
To avoid this outcome, we strongly encourage you to arrange for pickup or delivery within the 120-day window. If you have any questions or need assistance coordinating delivery, please contact Glaze Magazine LLC.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glaze Magazine LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the purchase, shipment, delivery, or use of merchandise.
In all circumstances, Glaze Magazine LLC's total liability relating to any merchandise purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.
