Finance Director — Glaze Magazine

• Oversee the financial health and sustainability of Glaze across all projects, events, and publication cycles

• Track all inflows and outflows of cash, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Manage and liaise with Glaze’s bank account(s), including monitoring balances and transactions

• Handle and allocate all granted, sponsored, and gifted funds with transparency and accountability

• Process and manage payments to contributors, performers, vendors, and collaborators

• Organize and track tax forms and financial documentation to ensure compliance

• Prepare clear financial summaries and reports for leadership as needed

• Advise on budgeting and spending decisions, identifying where resources should or should not be allocated

• Support financial planning for events, productions, and future publication cycles

• Track and manage merchandise sales and the online shop, including revenue, inventory coordination, and reconciliation

• Ensure financial operations align with Glaze’s creative vision and long-term sustainability
